2020/21 GPL: Match Report: King Faisal cruise to victory over Bechem United

King Faisal are out of the relegation zone after an impressive performance secured them a 3-1 victory over Bechem United in Techiman on Sunday afternoon.

Two goals in the first seven minutes by Ibrahim Zubairu stunned Bechem United as the Isha Allah boys cruised to a comfortable victory.

Steven Owusu reduced the deficit for the visitors midway through the first half.

With about three minutes to end the first half, the Hinters nearly pulled parity but their effort was cleared off on the goal line.

Kwame Peprah sealed the win in the second half for Faisal who needed the victory at all course.

King Faisal are currently safe as they lie 15th despite having the same points as Legon Cities who are 16th.

The Accra-based club though have an outstanding game against Dwarfs.

Bechem have extended their losing run to three games.
