Red-hot attacker John Antwi scores again in Pyramids win

1 min read

Ghanaian forward, John Antwi scored again in the Egyptian Premier League on Monday night for Pyramids FC against Harras El Hodood.

The former XI Wise attacker netted the first goal in the game after 37 minutes to put the host 1-0 up in a frustrating encounter before the break.

The first half ended 1-0 to the dominant home team who were unfortunate to have not led by two or three goals after a blistering performance in the opening half.

With five minutes to full time, the Ghanaian attacker was redrawn from the game as Eric Traoré took his place.

Pyramids FC are pursuing a second-place finish which would secure them a CAF Champions League slot and would be hoping for a slip up from Zamalek in the last two games.
