Opare Addo reveals Hearts Of Oak training schedule as they start gym work today

After the ease on the ban on contact sports in the country by the government, Accra Hearts of Oak resumes training at the gym centre this morning.

The spokesperson for the Rainbow Color Club, Kwame Opare Addo disclosed to FOX FM that, the Accra based club resumed training today ahead of the 2020/21 season.

According to him, their training regiment will depend on the program of the technical team, headed by Coach Edward Nii Odoom.

“With the exception of Mamane Lawali, Danjuma Kuti and Isaac Mensah (the young striker from Nkoranza Warriors), every player is present today at training.”

Opare meanwhile revealed that, Hearts of Oak are yet to conduct the COVID-19 test for their players.

The Ghana Football Association has announced November 13 for the start of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League.
