Former Asante Kotoko Ivorian striker, Amed Toure is the latest to hail Asante Kotoko duo Franck Mbella Etouga and Georges Mfegue.
The two Cameroonian forwards have become fan favourites owing to a string of fine performances for the Porcupine Warriors in the ongoing Ghana Premier League since joining four months ago.
Toure who has had three stints with Kotoko believes the two Cameroonians could become great should they be patient and focused and not be deceived by agents.

“I will advise Mbella and Mfegue to be patient. Playing for Kotoko is lucrative. You can get a whole lot from the supporters, ” Toure said in an interview with Akoma FM.
” They should not be deceived by agents who will promise to take them for greener pastures elsewhere. They should be focused.
“The circumstances of Yacouba’s exit was not the best. They should remain focused.”
The two Cameroonians have been instrumental for the Porcupine Warriors in the 2021/22 season so far, with Etouga Mbella scoring 11 goals in 12 appearances, and Mfegue is also on 4 goals.
Toure applauded them for their outstanding performance so far in the league.
“I have been following them and I can say they are doing well. They should remain focused. Kotoko is huge and the pressure is enormous but so far they are doing well.”
The duo will be playing Hearts Of Oak for the first time on Sunday in a match-day 7 outstanding league game in Accra.
