Dreams Football Club end the first round of the ongoing 2021/2022 on a high after beating Medeama SC 1-0 in Tarkwa.

The fixture which was rained off was honoured in the early hours of Monday, 14th February at the Akoon Park and the visitors made the most of it.

The visitors led by Technical Director, Abdul Karim Zito after the exit of Vladislav Viric gave a good account of themselves with a spirited display in both halves.

A 26th-minute goal from Sylvester Simba was enough for the Still Believe side to scope all three points from the fierce home side.

Dreams FC came back from recess to defend gallantly denying Medeama SC any shot at goal.

Excellent saves from young goalkeeper Augustine Koomson kept the home side a bay to end the game after 97 minutes of exchanges.

Dreams FC after this victory now lye 9th on the league log.
