Legendary goalkeeper of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Joseph Carr believes in the ambitions of the Chief Executive Officer of Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponsah should he be allowed to work freely.
Administrative setbacks and disregard for separation of powers have been one of the biggest bane of the Porcupine Warriors. It has affected the club for several years.
But the appointment of Nana Yaw Amponsah seems to have given the Reds much hope with regard to putting up accepted structures and branding of the two-Africa champions.

Speaking in an interview with FOX FM, Joseph Carr disclosed that past management of the club failed to deliver because they were not fully supported by the Kotoko fraternity.
“If Nana Yaw Amponsah is allowed to work freely, Kotoko will benefit a lot”. According to him, he was excited upon the appointment of Nana Yaw Amponsah and his management team.
“The Kotoko fraternity should stand behind the management of Asante Kotoko for them to be able to achieve their set target.”
Nana Yaw Amponsah was unveiled on August 7, 2020, to steer affairs of the Porcupine Warriors for the next three years.
