Isaac Mensah scores again as Hearts of Oak beat Kwahu Warriors in low profile friendly

At Pobiman training ground on Tuesday afternoon, March 14th, Hearts of Oak played a low-key friendly match against Kwahu Warriors.

The Accra-based team secured a 1-0 victory over the Second Division club in preparation for their upcoming Ghana Premier League matchday 23 encounter with Kotoku Royals at Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Coach David Ocloo used the friendly as an opportunity to fine-tune his team’s performance ahead of their important match against Kotoku Royals.

Isaac Mensah, who scored a crucial goal in the team’s previous match at Bibiani, was the match-winner for Hearts of Oak against Kwahu Warriors.

Currently, Hearts of Oak are ranked fourth on the league table and will face Kotoku Royals, who are at the bottom of the table. The team is eager to secure maximum points to improve their position in the league standings.
