I am open to Black Stars call-up – Samuel Inkoom

Former Ghana Under -20 defender, Samuel Inkoom says he still has what it takes to play for the Black Stars and that he would not reject a call-up ahead of the 2022 Fifa World Cup in Qatar.
The U-20 World Cup winner recently joined Ghana Premier League giants, Hearts Of Oak, after his stint with a Georgian club, Torpedo ended last year December.
He penned down a one-year deal with the Phobians and have so far featured in three games, scoring once.
Inkoom brilliantly converted a free-kick in a 1-1 draw against Elmina Sharks in a match-day 25 fixture of the Ghana Premier League in Accra on Easter Sunday.
The 32-year-old defender says he is ready if the technical handlers of the senior national team need his service.
“Of course, I am open to the Black Stars. I keep on saying I will never turn my back on my country. The country that has given me a huge platform in my life, I will never turn my back when they call me” He told Untold Stories TV Gh.
Samuel Inkoom has not been invited into the Black Stars after his last callup for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nation.
