Honourable O.K Frimpong supports football talents to search for deals in Turkey

If there is any Member of Parliament who has so far won the hearts of Ghanaians for his strenuous work and also delivering on his campaign promises, then it is certainly Honourable Ohene Kwame Frimpong, MP for Asante Akyem North Constituency.

The MP, who has been described by many as “man of action” has fully thrown his weight behind about 15 potential Ghanaian footballers to seek greener pastures overseas.

The talented players, with some from Asante Akyem North and other areas are currently in Turkey to begin trials with Turkish side Konyaspor.

The travelling arrangements and bills of the players together with other officials, including Amaro Shakur, a committed online blogger, were fully footed by Honourable O.K Frimpong.

Knowing the great importance of the trip and it’s future benefits to the young chaps, the MP managed to find time out of his busy schedules and Parliamently duties to join the on-trial players in Turkey.

Reports from Turkey indicate that the players are in high spirits to deliver and secure permanent lucrative deals for themselves.

Officials of Konyaspor are also believed to have been thrilled with this great move by Honourable O.K Frimpong.

It may be recalled that some officials of Konyaspor were recently brought to Ghana, specifically Asante Akyem North by O.K Frimpong to invest in many areas including football Academy to help create jobs and also enhance the living standard of the people of the constituency.
