As the clock ticks faster for the commencement of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Ghanaian players globally are leaving no stone unturned in their preparation for the big tournament.
One of such players is Christopher Bonsu who ply his trade in the Saudi Pro League.
The Ghanaian sensation is tremendously improving his gane match after match to the satisfaction of his technical staff.
In their recent league match against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr on January 8, 2026, Christopher Bonsu Baah played 87 minutes for Al Qadsiah and helped them grabbed a vital 2-1 victory against Al Nassr.
He dazzled well in the game and gave accurate account of himself in that away win. He is not in any mood to slip at this stage where Coach Otto Addo is keeping close eyes on Ghanaian players abroad.
The Black Stars gaffer Otto Addo has stated categorically that players will only be considered for selection based on their current form and fitness but not fame or past record.
This has challenged every player to lift himself above board whenever they are in action.
Christopher Bonsu Baah has on few occasions been called into the Black Stars team and he justified his inclusion with excellent display.
Having missed the ongoing 2025 AFCON in Morocco together with his Black Stars teammates, the 2026 FIFA World Cup obviously remains his number one target.
