Bashir Hayford drags Legon Cities to Ghana FA Player Status Committee over non-payment of salaries

Former Legon cities head coach Bashir Hayford is dragging his employers to the Ghana FA player status committee for non-payment of his salaries running into over 5 months.
The former Asante Kotoko coach who has 3 years existing contract with the Legon cities has been relegated with no engagement since the club appointed Black stars assistant coach Maxwell Konadu.
A close source to the coach says the harsh conditions of living in the rented accommodation by the coach has led to his relocation to his home town In Ekumfi.
Our source maintains Legon cities owe the former black Queens coach money including bonuses, salaries and other incentives in his contract.
The source said coach Bashir Hayford has no option in this circumstances than to drag Legon cities to the player status committee to demand his benefits and to ascertain his future with the club.
Bashir joined Legon cities in November 2020 when Goran Barjakteravic was sacked for non-performance.
Bashir Hayford was poor in the Premier League when the club appointed Maxwell Konadu to takes his position.
