Two-time league champions Aduana Stars have completed the registration of former Asante Kotoko defender Abass Mohammed, Footy-Ghana.com can report.
The left-back recently had a bitter end to his time with the Porcupine Warriors.
Abass was backed by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) as having terminated his Kotoko contract with just cause after reporting the club for unfair treatment.
The 26-year-old – who was often injured during his Kotoko spell – is fully fit and now has a chance to continue his career with Aduana.
Abass previously played for Inter Allies in the Ghana Premier League before enjoying a one-season spell with USL side Harrisburg United.
In related news, Aduana have also signed former King Faisal midfielder Kingsley Brefo. They also have youngster Silas Kyeremeh lined up for registration.
