AshantiGold thrash Still Hope Academy in first friendly game

AshantiGold continue their preparations with a training game on Tuesday against a lower-tier side Still Hope Academy in Obuasi.

The friendly which was the Miners’ first training game after resuming training last week saw them thrashed the visitors 4-0.

Isaac Quansah and Nana Yaw Nhyira scored the goals for Roberto Landi’s charges.

The four-time Ghana Premier League winners are preparing for the 2020-21 Caf Confederation Cup scheduled to begin in November.

The Ghanaian domestic top-flight is also set to commence November 13, 2020.
