Ernest Nuamah, the Ghanaian winger, has been awarded Goal of the Week in the Danish Superliga after the completion of the first round of games.
The 19-year-old delivered an outstanding performance for Nordsjaelland, culminating in a spectacular third goal as the Wild Tigers made a comeback to defeat Viborg 3-1 on Monday night.
Nuamah showcased his skill by curling a shot into the net from the edge of the box, completing his first-ever professional hat-trick.
His remarkable goal earned him the prestigious accolade, beating out tough competition from South Korean Gue-sung Cho, Mohamed Buya Touray, and Mads Sondergaard.
The young talent has garnered attention from several clubs, with strong reports linking him to French giants Paris Saint-Germain.
Nuamah’s exceptional abilities were acknowledged when he was named the best player in the Danish league last season. Additionally, he recently made his debut for the Ghana national team in an AFCON qualifier against Madagascar.
