Brazilian forward Michael Vinicius Silva De Morais has finalized his move to join Ugandan top-flight club, KCCA FC, ahead of the 2023/24 football season.

The former Asante Kotoko striker was signed by KCCA FC to bolster their squad and strengthen their chances in the upcoming season. In an interview, Michael Vinicius Silva expressed his joy and enthusiasm about continuing his career in Uganda.

“I am thrilled to be joining KCCA FC in Uganda. I have had the opportunity to play for different clubs around the world, but it feels great to be here,” said the Brazilian forward.

He continued, “I have heard wonderful things about KCCA FC. They are a highly respected club with a rich history, and I am excited to be a part of it. I am also looking forward to immersing myself in a new culture and meeting new people.”

Having gained some experience playing for Asante Kotoko in Africa, Michael Vinicius Silva is eager to have a successful stint in Uganda and aims to contribute by scoring goals for his new club.

He played only 75 minutes for Kotoko, scoring twice.
