2024 Olympic Games Q: Nora Hauptle announces Black Queens’ lineup for Guinea test

Head coach Nora Hauptle has announced the strong starting XI for Ghana’s upcoming qualifier against Guinea in the quest to secure a spot in the 2024 Olympic Games held in Paris, France.
Following the disappointment of the Black Meteors’ failure to qualify for the games, the women’s team, known as the Black Queens, are determined to secure a ticket to Paris and represent their country.
In the initial stage of the African qualifiers, the Black Queens face a challenge against Guinea’s team.
Experienced defender Janet Egyir will captain the side, while Jennifer Cudjoe is included in the starting lineup. Goalkeeper Findiib Konlan will guard the post for the Queens.
Despite playing as the away team, Ghana’s Black Queens are confident in their pursuit of victory, as emphasized by head coach Nora Hauptle.
The match between Guinea and Ghana is already underway at Stade de Generale Lansana Conte.
