Hearts of Oak striker Kwadwo Obeng Jnr marries in private wedding

Hearts of Oak striker, Kwadwo Obeng Junior, has bid farewell to his bachelorhood as he recently exchanged vows with his long-term girlfriend, Cecilia Gyasiwah, in an intimate wedding ceremony.

The private wedding, held in Sapeiman within the Greater Accra region on Saturday, 17th June 2023, attracted notable sports personalities, including coaches, journalists, and fellow footballers.

Despite a relatively modest goal tally of two goals in 26 appearances during the recently concluded league campaign, Kwadwo Obeng Junior is ready to embrace a new challenge and embark on a lifelong journey of love and companionship with Cecilia.

The 23-year-old forward joined Hearts of Oak in 2018 from Nea Salamina FC and subsequently signed a contract extension for an additional three years in 2020.

Speculation suggests that Obeng may depart from Hearts of Oak this summer, seeking fresh opportunities as his current contract is set to expire on the 30th of June.
