Transfer News: Hearts of Oak reportedly open talks to sign Bechem United midfield gem Francis Twene

Reports suggest that Hearts of Oak are currently engaged in discussions with Bechem United regarding the possible signing of midfielder Francis Twene, ahead of the 2023/24 football campaign.
