GPL Preview: Hearts of Oak visit struggling Karela United as Accra Lions host Bechem United

Karela United, currently sitting at 15th place with just one win in their last five matches, will face off against Accra Hearts of Oak at Crosby Awuah Memorial Park on Saturday.
In their last meeting at the CAMS Park, Karela United won 1-0 against Hearts of Oak with a goal from Humin Dafie in the 94th minute.
Hearts of Oak, who have won four away games this season and are yet to lose a game under acting head coach David Ocloo, sit in 4th place with 35 points, five points behind leaders Aduana FC.
While Karela United will rely on former Hearts of Oak captain Fatawu Mohammed, Samuel Atta Kumi, Rashid Mohammed, Brite Andoh and Ebenezer Ocran, Hearts of Oak will depend on Yaw Amankwah Baafi, Salifu Ibrahim, Konadu Yiadom, Victor Aidoo, and Benjamain York.
The game will be broadcast live on StarTimes Adepa channel 247.
On the same day, Accra Lions will play Bechem United at home after losing 3-0 to Nsoatreman FC in week 22.
Accra Lions, currently in 2nd place with 37 points, will be without their top scorer Abass Samari Salifu and captain Dominic Nsobila, who are both away with the Black Meteors for the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations 1st leg qualifier in Algeria.
Bechem United, who sit in 3rd place with 36 points, will rely on their top scorer Hafiz Wontah Konkoni (10 goals), Isaiah Nyarko, Francis Twene, and captain Kofi Abgesimah.
Accra Lions have won three, drawn one, and lost one in their last five matches in the Premier League, while Bechem United have won three and lost two.
