Emmanuel Agyemang Badu picks his Top 5 Black Stars players, makes shock snubs including Stephen Appiah

Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has picked his top five aside dream team of players he played with at the national team, but has snubbed the captain of the Black Stars at the time, Stephen Appiah.
The Fifa U-20 World Cup winner, in an interview with Sports Obama TV, was asked to select his top five players from the Black Stars during his era.
Goalkeeper Richard ‘Olele’ Kingston was named by Badu.Kingston, who is the current Black Stars goalkeepers’ trainer, is remembered for his heroics during the 2006 and 2010 World Cup tournaments in Germany and South Africa, respectively.

The former Udinese midfielder named former Real Madrid and Chelsea star Michael Essien to play in defence since he is versatile.

Badu picked himself alongside Sulley Ali Muntari to play in front of Michael Essien.
According to him, Sulley, with his strength and passing accuracy, can come back and help with defensive duties, likewise him also.
In attack, the Great Olympics midfielder picked former Sunderland and all-time Ghana top scorer Asamoah Gyan to lead his five-aside team.
According to Badu, Gyan is the best striker Ghana has ever produced in the game and he will always pick him ahead of any attacker.
