Junior Kaaba scores as Hearts Of Oak thrash Future Stars in a friendly

Accra Hearts Of Oak engaged lower division side, Future Stars FC in their first preseason game since arriving in the Ashanti Region earlier this week.

The Phobians trounced the Division One League side 4-0 at Ejisu as they stepped up their preparations ahead of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League.

Hearts secured a 3-0 lead in the first half, scoring through Yassan ouatching, Junior Kaaba and Amankwaa Baafi.

After recess, coach Samuel Boadu’s charges netted their 4th on the day through young midfielder Enoch Asubonteng.

Hearts are currently in the Ashanti region to finalise their preseason ahead of the new campaign.

They will battle Ivorian side Bouake FC in an international friendly on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at the Baba Yara Stadium.
