‘Kotoko should be ready to collect 4-5 goals on Thursday’ – Ashgold star Yaw Annor

The Miners will face Asante Kotoko on Thursday at the Len Clay Stadium in a matchday 29 fixture in what is known as the Ashanti Derby.

Ashgold have won 4 of their last five home games, scoring 19 goals and conceding just two.

Speaking in an interview with Kumasi-based Akoma FM, Annor who is enjoying his best season in his career has warned the Porcupines to prepare to ship in more goals at Len Clay.

“For now, we have resolved not to lose any home game again. We are not even ready to drop any point at home. On any good day, the least we will score is 4 or 5 goals against any opposition at home”

“I cannot say emphatically that we are beating Kotoko on Thursday. But we have resolved not to lose any home game. All away sides should be prepared for 4 or 5 goals and if Kotoko doesn’t take care, they might taste our venom like the others”

Yaw Annor who’s a summer transfer target for Kotoko has so far scored 16 goals in 24 games.
