Georges Mfegue returns as Prosper Narteh names Asante Kotoko squad for King Faisal showdown

Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has named his squad for their first Ghana Premier League match day 23 fixture against King Faisal on Sunday afternoon.

The Porcupines will be hoping to return to winning ways after drawing their last two games with Eleven Wonders and Karela United.

Kotoko will play as guests at the baba Yara Stadium for the game after losing the first round home game 3-2 to the Inshallah lads.

Captain Abdul Ganiyu will be missing the game due to his red card against Karela last Thursday as well as his regular centre-back partner Yusif Mubarik who has not been well lately.

Georges Mfegue who recently returned from injury is in camp but we can’t confirm whether he will make the matchday squad for tomorrow’s showdown at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
