Prosper Narteh names Asante Kotoko starting line up for Gold Stars clash

Asante Kotoko will face newly-promoted side Bibiani Gold Stars this afternoon at the Dun’s Park in a Premier League matchday 3 encounter.

Coach Prosper Narteh has, however, named his men to do the battle against the newcomers.

Razak Abalora continues in post and will Captain the team this afternoon with Christopher Nettey and Patrick Asmah starting from the right and left side of defense respectively.

There’s no place in the starting lineup for Mubarik Yusif who had a bad day last weekend against Bechem United in Kumasi as Andrews Appau has been given the nod to make his season debut and will partner Maxwell Agyemang who will be making his debut for the club since going from Wamanafo Mighty Royals in the summer transfer window in the absence of Abdul Ganiyu.

Richard Boadu will have the chance to start his first game for the club in midfield after making two appearances from the bench and will partner Mudasiru Salifu and Richmond Lamptey.

The front three will have Fabio Gama, Isaac Oppong who replaces Joseph Amoako and Samuel Boateng who will be leading the lines.
