2023 AFCON: Regragui announces Morocco’s final squad

Morocco coach Walid Regragui announced his official 27-man roster for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations, set to be held in Cote D’Ivoire in January.
The Atlas Lions are heavy favourites to win their first title since winning it on Ethiopian soil back in 1976, especially following their their historic achievement in Qatar last year, which saw them become the first African team to reach a World Cup semi-final.
It is worth mentioning that the squad saw the inclusion of Pyramids right-back Mohamed Chibi, in what will be his first ever major tournament.
Regragui announced then following squad for the AFCON:
Goalkeepers: Yassine Bounou, Munir Mohamedi El Kajoui, El Mehdi Benabid
Defenders: Achraf Hakimi, Noussair Mazraoui, Yahya Attiat Allah, Nayef Aguerd, Romain Saiss, Yunis Abdelhamid, Chadi Riad, Abdelkabir Abqar, Mohamed Chibi.
Midfielders: Amir Richardson, Sofyan Amrabat, Oussama El Azzouzi, Selim Amallah, Ismael Saibari, Azzedine Ounahi, Bilal El Khannouss, Amine Harit.
Forwards: Hakim Ziyech, Amine Adli, Ayoub El Kaabi, Youssef En-Nesyri, Tarik Tissoudali, Abdessamad Ezzalzouli, Sofiane Boufal.
