U-20 Afcon winner Ibrahim Danlad joins King Faisal

Ghana Premier League outfit, King Faisal FC have strengthened their squad with the loan signing of the Ghana U-20 shot-stopper Ibrahim Danlad on the transfer deadline day.
The 18-year-old has joined the Kumasi-based club on a six-month loan deal from city rivals Asante Kotoko ahead of the second round of the season.
Danlad has been released by the technical team of the Porcupine Warriors due to lack of regular playing time at the club following the presence of Felix Annan, Razak Abalora and Kwame Baah in the goalkeeping department.
He is expected to blossom following with his experience at the youth teams of Ghana.
Danlad played an instrumental role in Black Satellites triumph at the 2021 Africa U20 Cup of staged in Mauritania.
His sterling performance has earned him a call-up to the senior national team of Ghana ahead of this month 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe.
