Samuel Boadu resigns from Medeama SC

Head coach of Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC, Samuel Boadu has resigned from his position with immediate effect.
Snippets of information gathered indicate that Boadu tendered the resignation letter a few hours after the side’s 2-0 win over Eleven Wonders in a Ghana Premier League game on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Tarkwa.
The young and brilliant gaffer who joined the side in 2017 from the second-tier side Asokwa Deportivo cited personal reasons.
The rel ionshipindicates Medeama SC and Boadu is believed to have been sour from the start of the 2020/21 season speeding attempts of the young coach to leave.
But report indicate that Samuel Boadu has not been happy with the appointment of Seth Ablade as the Technical Director of the Yellow and Mauves.
Again, his initial three-year contract is set come to an end but has not commenced formalities to renew it.
He’s the head coach of the Ghana U15 side that was started about two years ago and is credited with laying the foundation of the recent U17 side, the Black Starlets.
Report indicates that he could be named the substantive coach for Hearts Of Oak.
He leaves the club in the second position on the league log after 16 games.
