Rhian Brewster in shootout agony as Gunners win Community Shield

RHIAN BREWSTER fluffed his lines from the spot as Arsenal lifted the Community Shield with a penalty shootout win over Liverpool.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang opened the scoring at Wembley before Takumi Minamino’s equaliser sent the game past 90 minutes.

Young striker Brewster was the only player to miss in the penalty shootout.

And it was Aubameyang who netted the winning spot-kick as Arsenal landed their second piece of silverware under Mikel Arteta.
