Asante Kotoko Life Patron, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II on Monday added three new members to the nine-member board he announced in May.

Below is the profile of two of the three members.

Mr. James Osei Brown is the Founder and Chairman and of JOSHOB CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD (JOSHOB). 

As an astute entrepreneur he is a very focused and dynamic professional with tremendous capacity in the field of skills development in the economy with enormous flair in ‘heavy industrial’ and business development. 

With his level of education he has an incredible versatility which has been utilized across several sectors in Ghana and abroad and in a number of fields with special focus on empowering the youth with relevant technical and entrepreneurial skills across several sectors.

He has a massive desire to create opportunities, jobs and livelihood for the unemployed underemployed, marginalized and deprived youth in Ghana and the rest of the developing Africa. His massive expertise and desire for innovation in businesses across several industries and a good number of countries in the world is breath-taking.

As the CEO, Mr. James Osei Brown is responsible for the provision of strategic leadership and direction as well as the overall planning, management and development of projects and businesses for Joshob Construction.

Martin Brobbey (Managing Director of Lexta Ghana)

With a drive to push the African continent higher and a desire to ensure a clean and hygienic Africa, Mr. Martin Brobbey established Lexta Ghana Limited in 2002 on his return to Ghana after over 10 years stay in the United Kingdom. 

Brobbey is a level-headed entrepreneur whose leadership and interpersonal skills has seen Lexta grow from its inception to become a leader in the home and personal care industry locally and beyond.

Martin is a product of Opoku Ware School. 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. 

His passion lies in marketing and the development of new products.
