OFFICIAL: Kotoko chooses Kumasi Sports Academy as their affiliated Women’s Team ahead of the 2023/24 season

Asante Kotoko Sporting Club has forged a partnership with Women’s Premier League debutants, Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies FC, designating them as the official women’s team in anticipation of the upcoming season.

This collaborative initiative enables Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies to assume the role of the official women’s football representation for Asante Kotoko Sporting Club. This strategic move effectively fulfills the club licensing requisites.

Following their commendable performance in the playoffs of the Northern Zone, Kumasi Sports Academy successfully regained their status within the top tier of women’s football.

Their exceptional display saw them secure second place, narrowly trailing behind Fosu Royal Ladies based in Techiman.

This achievement secured their participation in the forthcoming season of the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.
