Former player of Hearts Of Oak, Mohammed Ahmed Polo has called on the supporters of the club to put a stop to the ‘needless’ radio talks, and help Togbe with ideas that will see the club being successful again.
The Phobians supporters have always blamed the Board Chairman for the club woes. According to them, they have not seen any significant improvements in the team for the past ten years.

Despite changing the playing body as well as coaches, 2000 Caf Champions League winners are yet to lift a league title in the past 10 years.
Polo – who has coached the club before – urged the supporters to assist Togbe Afede XIV.
“The supporters should exercise patient and help Togbe. He [Togbe] is using his money, they [supporters] don’t have money so they should use their brains and bring ideas. Togbe is there with his money to help the team to grow. The Radio talks will not help anybody, ” Polo told Kumasi-based OTEC FM.
He also indicated that the supporters should play their role as supporters of the club by offering constructive and informative criticism of the club since they have a bigger role to play in ensuring unity in the club.
“Everybody has a role to play, they have to do the right thing and help the leader because football is unity.” He added.
