Manhyia Palace unhappy with ex-CEO of Kotoko George Amoakoh
1 min readManhyia Palace has expressed its displeasure about the approach former Chief Executive Officer of the club George Amoakoh is using to get paid his outstanding salaries.
George Amoakoh was recently relieved of his position after a new board was announced by the Life Patron of the Porcupine Warriors.
The Ghana Football Association Executive Council Member publicly divulged that, he is owed five months salary by the Ghanaian giants.
Speaking to Kumasi-based Mabesh TV, the Special Aide to the Chief of Staff of Manhyia Kwame Aboagye Mensah has disclosed that Manhyia is unhappy with the manner Mr. George Amoakoh has handled the issue.
“Manhyia Palace is not happy with the way George Amoako has handled the issue of his salaries in arrears,this issue has damaged the the reputation of the club and for that matter Manhyia,” he told Mabesh TV.
“He could have done that in a proper manner,it doesn’t augur well at all.
“We are displeased with the way he has handled it,we are not happy with him. He could have written to Prof Lydia Nkansah- committee and it would have settled the issue.”
