Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak are set to strengthened their squad with the acquisition of experienced midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari.
According to a report monitored o Kumasi-based Fox FM, the Ghana legend is currently in talks with officials of the Phobians to relaunch his football career after leaving the local scene in 2001.
Muntari, 35, trained with Hearts of Oak last year and has expressed interest in joining the club on permanent basis.<
He made 84 appearances for Ghana with 20 goals to his credit.
He has been without a club after leaving Spanish La Liga 2 club Albacete Balompié in 2019.
Muntari had stints with several clubs around the globe including Sunderland, Udinese, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Portsmouth and Pescara.
