Emmanuel Toku pens contract extension at Fremad Amager
1 min readGhanaian footballer Emmanuel Toku has extended his stay with Danish side Fremad Amager.
Following an impressive debut season, the 23-year-old has been given a three-year deal which will see him play for the club till 2023.
Toku joined from Ghanaian side Cheetah FC and has progressed through the ranks to the first team after impressing the technical handlers.
He made 19 appearances in his maiden season, helping the side to a fourth-place finish in the just-ended league, scoring three goals and three assists in the process.
Toku represented Ghana at the 2017 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations, 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup, Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in Niger.
He captained the Black Satellites at the 2019 African Games staged in Morocco.
