Don’t dwell too much on the negatives – Frederick Moore To Media

Hearts Of Oak Chief Executive Officer, Frederick Moore has urged the local media to help in projecting the positive activities in Ghana football.
According to him, the media in Ghana always dwell on the negative happenings as bad news sells compared to the positive news.
Speaking to Kumasi-based Pure FM, he noted that since the media is a major stakeholder in the game, they should help make football attractive to the corporate world as it is done elsewhere.
“I listened to a lot of local news and you hardly hear commentators criticizing the management, the technical team, the Board of the way they do the EPL teams. The Local and European press always talks about the positive sides of the EPL.
“The press is part of the stakeholders that can make football great or mediocre. There more positive news that comes out, there are more Corporate bodies who would want to associate themselves with it.”
