The Ghanaian forward is set to complete his transfer move to the Scottish giants in the ongoing transfer window, according to reports from the Turkish media
Trabzonspor have finally agreed an improved bid from Celtic FC for Ghana international forward Caleb Ekuban.
The 26-year-old striker was the chief transfer target of the Scottish giants and are now in pole position of securing his services this summer having saw their latest upped bid accepted by his parent club.
A report filed by Turkish news outlet Sporx has indicated that the former Leeds United frontman is set to travel to Scotland in the next three days for his medical with the Celtic Park outfit barring any last minute hitch.
It added that an amount of €8m bid has been agreed upon between both parties with further onwards transfer fee to be benefited by Trabzonspor.
Ekuban has scored 10 goals and provided 11 assists in his 34 game appearances in all competitions for Trabzonspor in the just concluded season.His contract with the Senol Gunes Stadium outfit will expire in June 2022. The Italian-born forward has capped four times for Ghana at the international stage and has scored twice.
