Kwame Kyei has been retained as Board Chairman of Asante Kotoko after the owner His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II announced a nine-member Board of Directors on Thursday afternoon.
The decision to form a board to steer affairs of the Ghanaian giants comes as the club want to meet the demands of the Club Licensing Board of the Ghana Football Association.
Members of the board of directors were under the recommendation of the three-member committee chaired by KNUST lecturer Prof. Lydia Nkansah.
While current Executive Chairman Dr. Kwame Kyei was maintained, Sports Journalist Evelyn Nsiah also earned a spot. Former management member, Alhaji Lamin also got a place in the list.
Other members are Jude Arthur who serve as the vice Chairman, Kwadwo Boateng Gyamfi, Kwesi Osei Ofori, Lawyer Kwamena Mensah, Joseph Yaw AduMrs, and Baafour Kwame Kusi
