He disclosed that, there are many Ghanaian players in Ethiopia who are seriously stranded because they are not playing for any team. He explained that they arrived in Ethiopia through fake agents.

Speaking to Kumasi-based Hello FM, Andoh advised local players take time and mature before thinking about travelling abroad for greener pastures.

“I will advise Ghanaian players who are yet to travel to abroad to be careful about the agents. The player should be fully convinced that the place is okay. This is because we left many players who could not afford the ticket fee. Some fo not even have a place to sleep,” he told Hello FM.

“The players should make sure the agent is the rightful person else the person will go through a difficult time. Because we had money on us we were able to cater for our expenses elsewhere we would have slept by the road side although we are popular in Ghana.

He continued:”The local players should not rush, but they have to play consistently and I know the right opportunity will come one day.
