AshantiGold in talks with Latif Anabila to stay
1 min readGhana Premier League side AshantiGold SC are still in talks to ensure that midfielder Latif Anabila stays at the club.
According to a report by Oyerepa FM Sports, the Obuasi-based side are seriously talking to reps of Kotoko-bound Latif Anabila to get the player stay with the Miners for 6 months to help them in their 2020-20 CAF Confederations Cup campaign.
But checks with the Latif camp has shown that they don’t favour a return to the mining town but want to join the Red army for the CAF Champions league.
Reports in the local media suggest Anabila has agreed on personal terms with the Porcupine Warriors but left with commitment (payment) to be done by the hierarchy of Asante Kotoko.
