Appiah Maccarthy extends stay at Ashantigold.

Midfield sensation Maccarthy Appiah has renewed his contract for two years.

The player who joined from Asokwa Deportivo in the 2016/2017 season has spent 4 seasons with the club. This new agreement will see him spend two more years in the club, until July 2022.

The 24-year-old played a total of nine (9) games in the truncated 2019/2020 league season, after recovering from an injury which kept him on the sidelines for close to two months.

This comes as a major boost for the team as part of preparations towards the 2020/2021 season.
