Fast-rising young football administrator David Obeng Nyarko lands top position at Asante Kotoko

Asante Kotoko has appointed young and energetic David Obeng Nysrko as the club’s new Brand and Marketing Manager pending an official announcement.

Footydreamsgh.com sources indicate that the former Bofoakwa Tano General Manager’s name was among individuals whose identity were revealed to the Kotoko board by the Chief Executive Officer, Nana Yaw Amponsah for approval on Thursday.

He has therefore been approved to head the Marketing department of the Porcupine Warriors in the yet-to-be-announced management team.

It would be recalled that Obeng Nyarko resigned from his position as General Manager of the Division One League club last month.

Again, he resigned from his roles as a Member of the Division One League Board of the Ghana Football Association, Member of the Division One League Management Committee of the Ghana FA, and the head of the communications directorate of the Bono Ahafo Regional Football Association.

The 28-year-old did a great job for Bofoakwa Tano with regards to the club’s branding and marketing.

Our sources indicate he has started working on the Asante Kotoko’s social media handles.

The Ghanaian giants are expected to name the management team very soon.
